I would be very surprised if any radicals performed baptisms like this in my neck of the woods. But who knows? I remember at Louisiana Tech one campus minister we had was "suggesting" that we use "in the name of the Creator, and of the Redeemer, and of the Sanctifier" as our sign of the cross.

Even 18 and and 20 year old kids at the time knew that was garbage so that did not go very far.
