Louisiana Tech Wins Series Against Central Ark and LSU Loses but Still Take Series Against Stetson in Sunday Baseball Action

Louisiana Tech had a good day yesterday and won their series against Central Arkansas.. After losing the first game of the series of Saturday they came back and took the series by winning both games of the double header against Arkansas . Louisiana Tech won the first game, 3-0, and held on to win the second 5-4. The Monroe News Star World has their article up Tech baseball clicks late, takes Central Arkansas series.

The Bulldogs improve their record to 9-5

If I can finish up a work project I would very much like to go see their game tomorrow night. They shall be playing ULL( Louisiana-Lafayette ) tomorrow night in Ruston. I am not sure that will be available on regular affiliated Bulldog radio stations because of programing conflicts . However perhaps ULL Ragin Cajun affiliated stations will pick it up. This should be a enjoyable game and often quite a good one

LSU still took their series by winning the doubleheader on Saturday. However yesterday the Tigers did not exactly play a great last game. LSU lost to Stetson 7-2, at Alex Box Stadium.. The Advocate has their article up Tigers sloppy in defeat . Carl Dubois' LSU Baseball Blog has a lot of stuff under the March 9th entries as they were liveblogging the game. The Tiger's loss breaks a ten game winning streak and brings their record to .11-2

LSU will play Southeastern at LSU Tuesday night before opening SEC play at Tennessee March 14-15-16 against Tennessee in Knoxville
