I thought our Louisiana Cemetery blogger had a excellent post that involves cemeteries, Louisiana and Baton Rouge history , and a lot of fun. A Graver’s Journal talks about her fun Weekend night in the cemetery at Magnola Memories - An Absolute Delight.
This involved the Foundation for Historical Louisiana's production of Magnolia Memories V at Baton Rouge's Magnolia Cemetery. There is a lot of history there. I very much would like to go to one of these productions. I think in the old Shreveport Cemetery they do something similar.
