THe Church on Legalizing Prostitution

Well since this this topic is in the air again I thought this was interesting. The Church as well as society, whether Catholic or not, has always debated the subject of regulation of vice. From an all out prohibition, to regulation(Red Light districts), to all out legalization, etc.
