Crisis in Shreveport

When I arrived in Shreveport yesterday, I could tell something was a little off. Traffics just seemed a lot lighter. Turns out it was because the CIty was without WATER!!!! Which for a city of 200,000 people is not great. It appears that some part of the main thatis as old as Moses work. Schools and busienss were closing and Hospitials were canceling appointments. The Water started coming back on in the late afternoon but the whole city is under a boil water advisory. Which means again all the schools and closed.

It is a amazing how one small thing can cause much of a major city to shut down.
