Pretty exciting stuff here. The telecommunications resources of the Vatican are starting to meet its potential.
Vatican Radio has activated a service called VideoNews on Demand which promptly provides video clips of the Pope's activities, as well as a continuing archive of past clips.
Click on the VIDEONEWS button on the right side of the page www.radiovaticana.org/it1/video_menu.asp The list of the available clips are on the right side, starting with the latest one, and goes all the way back to Sept. 30, the Pope's last Angelus in Castel Gandolfo.
Now as you can see its' in Italian. Hopefully they will have a English translation one day
It is very prompt. Today I posted The Pope's Sunday Angelus- Very Veteran's Day Appropriate which is of course the Pope's Angelus from today. The video news link currently has it at the top right at the time of this blog entry. Here it is right here. Pretty darn nifty. I hope to use this more in the future.
