Maybe turnabout is fair play. The preachers and so-called "churches" are so mercenary that it has become obvious that they are simply using religiosity as a money-making enterprise. So I guess that perhaps overt for-profit enterprises should have the same privilege to use religion as a gimmick for corporate gain.
