The rather big news of the day was that the Retail Giant Hobby Lobby joined the legal fight against the HHS Contraception mandate.
However another front the Catholic Diocese of Nashville and six of their diocesan entities have now sued in Federal Court today as to the HHS Contraception Mandate. See their press release here.
