How quickly the mighty have fallen. Was it not just not too long ago he was seen as a leader of the Tea Party Movement?

I am not too shocked by this. Even in conservative quarters there has been objections to Beck. Over the past few months I could not help but notice on twitter most people that talked about Beck's shows were liberals or democrats. His endless dramatic conspiracy angle got old I suspect. Further after the election in 2010 people were able to voice a protest in a constructive democratic way. Thus the need for a Beck figure decreased.
