The Press Does Not Understand Marc Rubio Or Florida Politics I Suspect

The National Press has framed this race wrong since the beginning and my gosh they don't want to move a inch

The Times’s Damien Cave breaks down what looks to be a novelty — a Senate race with three potentially well-financed candidates in a big-time state. Among the questions still to be answered, according to Mr. Cave: Can the Democratic candidate, Representative Kendrick Meek, increase his name recognition enough? Can Marco Rubio, the Republican candidate, expand his popularity outside of the Tea Party movement? And can Mr. Crist raise enough money without a political party behind him?

Well I guess looking at the polls he has. Further Rubio was not some unknown person with no experience. He was Speaker of the Florida House and a experienced politico where no doubt he has made many coalitions outside the Tea party Movement".
