Justice Scalia in ill Health?

Good gosh lets hope not. From a more conservative point of view I hope he can hang on for a few more years

Talk about a disaster if he resigns soon. I would in fact be Obama's longest lasting accomplishment. I expect the two other liberals would resign in quick succession. The Court would have a permanent liberal majority for the foreseeable future.

Update- Someone informed me down here that Scalia is well enough to go on his annula Louisiana Duck Hunt. He was here a couple of weeks ago. SO that is good news
