I actually think they have been on the decline for some time in both the White and African American Churches. I have , absent hearing about kids getting Baptised at Church Camps in the Lake) have rarely seen this except on like TV or in a movie. But that is in my Little neck o woods in Louisiana.Maybe elsewhere it is different.
