A Louisiana Tech Monument Come Crashing Down

How sad. This has been there since Moses.
A crowd gathered on the Louisiana Tech campus behind Tolliver Hall Thursday to watch the old water tower come down. Students, faculty and the curious stood behind yellow barricade tape and waited for the tower to fall. Pittsburg Tank and Tower Company took about an hour to cut sections from the tower's six legs and fell the 125 foot tall tower. The tower was built in 1935.
