Just curious. I appears in the May 7 Federal Budget Obama asks for the repeal of the Dornan Amendment which forbids the use of taxpayer funds for abortion in the District of Columbia.
I don't see how this this lowers poor folks from having a abortion as I often here is Obama's big plan by the Catholic Obama folks.
