First thought is that I expect the photographer and or modeling agency that took these shots better be prepared for a huge huge lawsuit!! If anyone conspired with them they better get a Lawyer too. You can bet Miss Prejans phone is ringing off the hook with lawyers right now
There are currently six photos. Two which are very Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition like (arms in strategic positions) have been released. Now it does not a person with a huge IQ to figure out what likely happened here. During this photo shoot as the 17 Prejean was changing positions the camera caught nudity. That is not the same as posing for nude photos. When these Supermodels are posing for things, like again Sports Illustrated, no doubt the same things happens to them. Those photos of course never see the light of day.
These however did. That means someone went into files and looked what was an obscure photo shoot and took out and transmitted the pics of I am willing to bet accidental caught nudity of a 17 year old Prejean. Again lawsuit city if this is indeed what happened.
My other thoughts are shared by this reporter
First, I want to clear a few things up. "Topless" means an unobstructed view of all available goodies. Therefore, the photo of Carrie Prejean currently circulating on the internet does not qualify. Do it again, and I revoke your right to call yourself a journalist. As for "semi-nude," this is as useless a construct as I have ever heard. It's like being "semi-cured." Call me when you're done.
These are of course the working definitions. Why are they being changed now? Well I think we know why
Now one can of course have sort of views if a 17 year olds should be doing this this kind of shoot. To me the issue is what were parents doing.
Still it is highly annoying to see the mainstream press going along with this charade in order to push a political point.
