Why Some American Catholic Sisters Are Being Investigated

Sadly this should have been done decades ago. I was very involved in Campus Ministry and these sisters were all over the place. What they would teach would make your head spin.

They were put in a position of trust often and abused that position of power by in a aggressive manner pushing their own heterodox views. Often to impressionable young minds. It was my experience for their rantings of Males power they could be the worst dictators. Any talk or practice of orthodox Catholicism was often in many cases dismissed.

That is not to say this was everyone. Not by any means. But it seemed to the depressing norm.

It is a shame that Catholic Social Justice( which they did a lot of ) was often seen through these Sisters. I have always believed one reason Catholics raise their eyebrows when they hear that term is because it is associated with Nuns and others that also bashed the traditional teachings of the Church. That was unfortunate

I might be coming off as really harsh but at tleast that has been my experience
