I must say the real estate market in that area of Ohio must be depressed. That seems like a steal for that house.
I have no problem with Bishops having houses like this. Especially if they are historical. I rather keep such history in the family. But often it is nice to have something like this because a ton of functions and important Diocese stuff can be had at them. Sometimes it is a real pain to find a sutable place for a nice Diocese function and then you end up paying a arm and a leg for it
