Pope Benedict's Long Awaited Social Encyclical Delayed Again!!!

One wonders if we shall see this rumored explosive Social Enyclical before Peope Benedict leaves this Earth. I am losing count how often the Vatican has held this back at the very last minute of anticpated publication
