Now we learn that thanks to deem pending Vatian Approval , there will be a new translation of the Psalter will be the official translation used in the Lectionary, the Liturgy of the Hours, the texts for all books of the Sacraments, etc.

On a cynical note I am sure that the Bishops Conference is happy since this no doubt will entail Parishes and others having to buy new Liturgy book stuff which I guess they get a percentage of.
I also guess many of us that pray the Office will be updating and buying new sets of the Liturgy of the Hours if this is approved.
Perhaps the Bishops can get these Monks busy on a new approved English Translation of the Scripture to replace the horrid New American Bible we USA Catholics are stuck with.
