ALito got quite a hammering when he went up in front of the Judiciary Committee for his confirmation and Biden was one of those leading the pack.

It is good this happnes on occasion. Members of the Court are constantly attacked by politicians of the left and right on a constant basis mostly for polticial purposes.. The members by tradition do not respond. Still there is nothing wrong with on occasion getting a slight little swipe back at them.
