Wow well a great one has passed on. Whispers has the first news of the Cardinal death in New York this morning at Avery RIP .
Some will recall the touching private meeting Pope Benedict had with him when Benedict was in New York. Though his final years showed the strains in a physical way his mind was with him till the end. He was in the process of writting his 32nd book .
