Members of the National Guard assessment speak with other emergency personnel in the high water on LA. Hwy. 27 just South of Interstate 10, near Hackberry, La. after Hurricane Ike hit Sept., 13, 2008. There are reports that 150 people decided to stay in Hackberry, LA. and are now cut off.
