Catholic Cathedral Ravaged By Hurricane Ike In Galveston Needs Your Help

This isa part our nation's Catholic patrimony and I hope Catholics Nationwide think about giving a few bucks. St Mary's built in 1847 still bears visible high-watermarks from the island's "great storm" of 1900. The Pastor had to evacuate like everyone else is currently in Lake Charles Louisiana.

Whispers has the story at Saving St Mary's

Here is the Church's Web site that has the history.
