the purpose of the military should not be to provide jobs.
Well I agree with that. However this is a needed component of the US Military and someone will get it one day
We are talking more about just the Military personell but a huge Civilian HIgh Tech support group and industry that would have been signifcant.
I suspect certain high powered politcians from Congressional Delegations that have more stroke than ours is putting pressure to delay things so they can get it
