Why Does Idaho Have a Bumper Crop of Priests?

I tried to think of a cool Potato like title to this thread but it is still early in the morning for me.

Yes, again we see another Diocese where for some reasons there are Priests and and Priests in training Galore. Whispers in the loggia has the story at In Idaho, Harvest Time Please note this at the end

Why? Why here? What are they doing or more importantly what are they not doing perhaps to help impede God's call to these men. I found of interest that many of these men being ordained today are from foreign countries but I soubt that is the majority in the Seminary
