I thought David Armstrong had a very good post the other day. It involves the cooperation between John Paul the II and the Evangelical Campus Crusade for Christ. It is referencing a article that was just written in Christianity Today. Also Cathlolics in Poland are working with Josh McDowell who I heard back in my college days.
