Catholic Tube has two great vids up. First check out this vid I have highlighted before There’s something happening here … like a Youth for Life Rally !!! . I am going to highlight this in a separate post later but this looks real cool. Check at his You Tube Vid A music video about some of the Popes.

Footprints on the Fridge has a excellent post called Small Comforts. I love this part when she says
In August in Louisiana, it seems nearly impossible to remember that October will one day come. And in September, while residents of other states, with more reliable seasonal changes, begin to switch out seasonal clothing and change menus, we're still digging our nails in and holding on to the wonderful feel of soggy, rain-soaked lawns, fattened mosquitoes, and sweltering heat.
But the cool fronts will come, and along with them, those gorgeous October days that make me remember why I love Louisiana
.

I am ready for it

Cajun Cottage Under the Oaks has some great posts since I check in last. She some of her wonderful family at Happy Birthday, Opa!. DO you love Popeyes Red Beans and Rice. I know I do!! She think she has found the secret to it. Go here to Momma's Secret Recipe.

Maudie in Mandeville has a post up called Non partisan means 'Subversive' .

Fr. Victor Brown’s Catholic Daily Message had some pretty good thoughts on 9/11/ He also mentions a conference that is occurring in Romania. That conference is part of the Pope's monthly prayer intention he wishes us to pray for with him. I am going to try to find out more about what he was referencing

Thoughts & Ruminations from Fr. Ryan has a great link under his Sept 11th entry that is called September 11, 2001, 8:00 AM (Forty-Six Minutes Before Impact) A Video Montage of what was going on before the news broke.
