While I am no fan of the Obama's, and far less for Government mandated coverage, the story on patient dumping linking it to Obamacare and slandering Michelle is unfair. "Patient dumping"
is a widespread practice in the inner city. It is an economic fact of life for many hospitals. Emergency rooms looked at as a primary care facility by inner-city residents, who often live the most self-destructive lifestyles. Instead of going to a primary care physican, they take up precious dollors, space and time in ER's. Given the choice to treat a several head cold or flu sufferers or a auto accident trauma victum.....well what would a prudent man do? You guessed it. Send the head cold down the road to the public health clinic. I hope the republicans do not start a big thing about this. It will be the clinto witch hunt reloaded... will make the look petty.
