If there was a well funded effect Republican leaning Catholic Group like their far left counterparts Catholics United and Catholics in Alliance, people in Catholic publications would be screaming from the mountaintops. These groups have already raised the raised the hackles of some Bishops.

Expect as the issue of Catholic officeholders and their advocacy of legislation that strikes at the heart of big issues of Catholic Social Justice becomes a issues with the Bishops that these groups will be slamming back at them.
