It was easier to minister in Iraq than to administer in Boston(Support Our Catholic In Uniform)

It is Veterans Day Weekend here in the USA. Whispers in the Loggia had a post that was a very good and apt for this weekend. Go See On Vet's Day, VG Longs for Baghdad .

For Orthodox and Catholic Service people in our Military and especially in War Zones and on naval missions at sea it is often a hardship. Often they do nothave access to the Priests on a regular basis that can provide the essentials of a Sacramental life. I do hope people will consider going to Catholicmil.org and look at the ways you can support our Service people and their Chaplins.

This is a bit of good news. Recruiting Catholic Priests to USAF Set Record High.

I hope to highlight these some during the next two days
