Retired Episcopal Bishop of New Hampshire Still Mad Could Not Take Catholic Communion

Rt. Rev. Douglas Theuner, retired Episcopal Church bishop of New Hampshire has used the occasion of the Archbishop of San Francisco installiation dust up to vent he was not allowed to take communion  at a Catholic Mass some years. It becomes sort of a  tirade.

I have to say I think this attitude is more than the exception than the rule thankfully. Most folks seem to go out of their way to try to understand other people communion rules and other rites when they attend services. I rarely hear these compliants at weddings ofr funerals for instance.

This same scenario would have happened at a Eastern Orthodox service , but no one ever thinks to complain about that.
