As A Catholic I am Tired of Apologizing For Everything (More 82 year old Pope bashing)

As I noted in the comments I am tired of apologizing. Apologies are great and needed but I think we have crossed the line into being useful idiots.

I am getting quite tired of having to placate all these groups as a Catholic.

The coverage and statements in the Press over there toward Benedict are horrible. Please note that NO WHERE IS IT HARDLY MENTIONED that the Pope had his beloved cousin who had DOWNS taken away by the Nazi’s and exterminated

Oh but he was rounded up to be in German Army the last few days so that is all that matters.
The Jewish Press in Israel and elsewhere have done a horrible job reporting such things as liturgy controversies and of course the whole SSPX thing. Do people recall how horrible their treatment of the Jewish Cardinal of Paris death was?

Don’t even get me started on Pius XII and how Israel treats the Catholic Church in Israel. There is always some real estate scam that seems to be threatening Church property linked to Govt corruption all over the place

It seems the Muslims are mad at the Pope, the Jews are mad at the Pope, scientists are mad at the Pope over Galileo, and the Eastern Orthodox are still mad at the Pope over Constantinople

I should note the Church has issued various apologies and such have been issued over the decades and they often just meet stony silence.

Fast forward one hundred years and no doubt it will be the same song and dance

I am big supporter of Israel and the Jews. But at times my patience gets tried.

The Pope is 82 years old and I am sure these travels are taxing. That fact seems to escape people that say "he did not mention this with enough emotion".
